Surely, after choosing the house model, we will sign a contract.The contract will include purchase conditions , optional products, water and electricity standards, payment terms and delivery date.
Before starting production, you need to pay 50% of the total cost as a deposit.The balance shall be paid before shipment.
The house can be delivery in the whole house or parts.You can arrange for a freight forwarder to deliver it or we arrange the shippment.
If delivered in the whole house, the installation is very simple and can be done in a few hours.If delivered in house parts, you can assemble it with detailed drawings and video instructions.
We manufacture houses in stages:frame, insulation, utilities and finishing. Depending on the complexity of the project, the production process takes 15-60 days.
